Pictures of George Washington

Andrew and Nathan both drew pictures of George Washington. Andrew's is above. He told me that, "He has 2 wounds, and he has bandaids on them to make them feel better. My George Washington was very good at fighting. Someone hit him with his sword two times, and he had little bandaids on his owies, and he killed the person who hit him. The person who hit my George Washington was rude. It was a pirate. He killed the pirate and there was a captain and he got a whole crew, and his name was Blackbeard."

Nathan's picture is below. Nathan says, "George Washington was a popular General in the United States. And, he led the troops, and he led the American army to capture the British and take them by surprise before the sun rose up. He left some of his men behind to make lots of noise and build campfires while those men went to capture the British and Cornwallis."
