Nathan - Special Person at Preschool

Nathan was "Special Person" at Preschool this week. He got to take Franklin the Turtle home with him. He got to bring a healthy snack of his choice (carrots and veggie dip) to school on Monday. He also got to bring a show-and-tell. He chose to bring his Cars games. It's a box with 10 different Cars themed games (tic-tac-toe, checkers, Go Fish, War, etc.).

Each student "writes" (with the help of a parent) a story about Franklin's time at his or her house. Here is Nathan's story:

My Time With Franklin (He told me to write that with a line under it.)

Me and Franklin played Checkers together, and we watched TV together. And, we played a lot together. When it was time for bed, do you know that we did? We had a Bubba [his blanket] hunt, and then we had a party, and he met my friend Reveille. And then, do you know what we did? We had a big Daddy surprise. And, then it was time for bed. During the night, 565 friends came to protect us and watch over us during the night. And, if anything bad happened, they would fight against them. And then, a gang of wolves came and they fought other bears. And then, a bear herd came with Mr. and Mrs. Fuzz at the front of it. And then, a lion herd came.

And then, do you know what happened next? It was morning. The sun blazed up! And then, we woke up just in the blink of an eye. And then, we went to surprise Momma and Daddy, and that was fun. That thing led to another, and that thing was watching Planet Heros on TV. And then, it was time for Miss Nicole to come here, and Franklin met Miss Nicole. Then, it was tomorrow, and we had to take Franklin home. The End.
